INSURANCE CERTIFICATE INFORMATION
Certificates must be on an Accord form and include both general liability and property coverage. Certificate must list Prime To Go as loss payee and additionally insured, and must evidence rented equipment and include special form covering theft and transit. Prime To Go recommends keeping the policies effective dates and not specifying the rental dates on the certificate. If you need to specify the rental dates, you must include the rental period plus a one month window before and after the rental to account for shipping time and possible rental extensions. Worldwide coverage is required for international clients. The required amount of the coverage will depend on the equipment being rented.

Clients can establish Net 30 terms, or can pay by credit card or COD. Regardless of payment method, clients renting equipment are required to complete a credit application.
NET 30 PAYMENT
To establish credit with Prime To Go, please complete our credit application, consisting of an information page, three vendor references, and a bank reference.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
Prime To Go accepts VISA, Mastercard, and American Express. Credit cards will be charged prior to shipping the equipment and will also be charged for any rental extensions. By signing the rental agreement, the client authorizes Prime To Go to charge their credit card for the current and all future rentals, and also authorize Prime To Go to perform a personal credit check.
Prime To Go accepts cashiers checks, company checks, and wire transfers. With all of these payment methods, it is the client’s responsibility to allow enough time for the funds to clear in our bank before any equipment can be released.
Pennsylvania clients are required to pay 6% sales tax, unless they are tax exempt.
Prime To Go ships all larger equipment with an air freight company, and handles all of the logistics. Other smaller items like storage and video decks are all shipped via FEDEX, using the client’s FEDEX number or credit card for shipping.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT / SPARE PARTS POLICES
It is the obligation of the client to call Prime To Go with any technical problems with the rented equipment, and Prime To Go must be given a reasonable amount of time to remedy the situation. Prime To Go will ship any needed replacement parts via FEDEX Priority Overnight. We recommend setting up and testing all equipment at least 24 hours prior to starting an edit, to allow Prime To Go enough time to FEDEX any parts.
